Westgate Design's current location, situated on Wexford's main street since 1996, became a bustling hub. Here, the Westgate Design restaurant/cafe emerged, offering a distinctive lunch or coffee experience in a warm ambiance.

In 2003, Westgate Design underwent renovations due to high demand in the restaurant. An extension was built to accommodate more customers and a larger kitchen. Concurrently, skincare and beauty rooms were established on the top floor. By 2005, "Events by Westgate Design" launched outdoor catering, quickly gaining popularity. The business excelled, catering weddings, corporate launches, and marquee events, becoming a premier event caterer.

Further expansion occurred in 2007 with an acquired building dedicated to home baking and catering. The adjacent "Deli@Westgate Design" opened, providing a convenient option to purchase in-house-made products. In 2008, Westgate Design introduced the "hire-it" concept, offering rentals from cutlery to furniture, meeting customer needs for parties and events. This service commenced in March 2008.
